If the publisher removes your content or shuts down their website after publication, we cannot issue a refund as this is beyond our control. - Legal Problems
If your article is removed due to legal complaints, refunds are not available. Make sure your content follows the law before placing an order. - Technical Issues
We are not responsible for technical problems on the publisher’s website, like slow loading or downtime.
When Refunds Are Possible?

- If you cancel your order while the article is being written, you can get 50% of your payment back.
- You will still receive the draft to use however you like.

Refund Processing Time

- Credit Card Payments: Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
- PayPal Payments: Refunds are processed immediately, but timing depends on PayPal.
Refunds will always go back to the original payment method.
